Located on Victoria's coastline, this project rethinks room flow, sunlight capture and moisture-resilient finishes. Our brief emphasised natural ventilation, material longevity and a restrained coastal palette.

Design approach
Light & ventilation
Reorienting openings, using breezeway planning and low-iron glazing to maximise daylight while managing glare.
Durable finishes
Specifying moisture-tolerant timbers, porcelain tiles and recycled composite benchtops for coastal resilience.
Calm palette
Soft neutrals, warm driftwood tones and marine greens crafted to sit comfortably with coastal light.
